Fresh air. Beautiful scenery. Socializing. Stress reduction. There are so many great reasons to go for a walk or hike in nature. It is also, of course, a great way to move our bodies. To keep you balanced and stable on uneven terrain, we have added a set of trekking poles to our Library of Things collection. These practical poles help to reduce the load on the joints in the lower half of our body. To use the poles, locate the simple locking mechanism to assemble and adjust the height of each pole. As a guide, when holding the pole, your elbow and upper arm should form a ninety-degree angle.
