COMPUTERS
We have 20 computers loaded with the Microsoft 2016 Office software as well as a choice of browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge). Our networked computers print in black-and-white as well as in colour. We offer photocopying (charges apply) in addition to scanning of documents at no charge.
WIFI
High speed internet is available throughout the facility. A library card or password is not required for access.
For those who need to use the internet very briefly, our catalogue computers also offer 20-minute sessions (no library card needed).
If you have a smartphone or tablet, use these apps to access our services wherever you go.
MOBILE PRINTING
(wi-fi printing in the library/remote printing from home)
You can now submit print jobs to the main floor Library printer from your computer or mobile device. You can send mobile print jobs while in the Library, or anywhere there is an Internet connection.
- Open the new portal – launch any web browser and navigate to: https://aurorapl.goprint.cloud
- Follow the on‑screen prompts – the site will guide you through selecting a file (either a downloaded document or a URL) and preparing it for printing.
- Identify yourself – at the printer station, enter your email address in the “Computer Name” field. This links the job to you.
- Select and release the job – choose your queued job from the list, then follow the prompts to pay (using your Library card or print‑cash card) and release the printout.
Tip: If you’re printing from home, make sure you have a stable Internet connection before sending the job.
