Write for Rights: a OBOA event in collaboration with Amnesty International

Amnesty International works to protect the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) individuals by shining a light on rights abuses, calling for policy change and working to protect LGBTI human rights defenders.

Meet your local Amnesty International members (Newmarket/Aurora Chapter) for a drop-in letter-writing session and discover how the act of sending a simple postcard can free a political prisoner.

A OneBookOneAurora partnering event.
