Resiliency is an essential quality for each of us to have in order to maintain good physical and emotional health. This talk will focus on three building blocks of resiliency: emotional intelligence, optimism, and coping skills. The session will also touch on the impact of stress on women, in keeping with the theme of International Women’s Day (March 8).
