OBOA: Writing Contest
In her novel Scarborough Catherine Hernandez writes about a marginalized community that although poor, is hard working, smart and resilient in the face of many challenges.
This year’s OBOA Writing Contest invites you to consider the meaning of “Resilience” focussing on your sense of the human spirit and community.
